About the Friday 5 Series
The Suffolk Friday 5 Series features a sequence of exciting 5-mile races held across beautiful locations in Suffolk. Join runners from all over the region competing in events including Sudbury Fun, Kirton 5, Framingham 5, Sudbury 5, Bury St Edmunds 5, and Great Bentley 5.
